El Salvador has used the US dolloar as it's official currency since 2001, so there's no need to exchange any bills!

Stingray Safety!!
Stingrays play an important party of the majestic ecosystem in El Cuco, but there is nothing to fear! These lil' fella's want to avoid you as much as you'd like to avoid them! You just have to remember to do the stingray shuffle when venturing into the waters! Take a look at the graphic, and ***IN THE CASE of a stingray sting, you can neutralize the ache with boiled Oregano water!***
"Ley Seca" - No Drinking Saturday and Sunday
The reason why we moved our wedding date to Friday 3/1, Ley Seca is a prohibition of alcohol in the day before and day of a national election in El Salvador. It is important that we all are aware that purchase, sale, AND consumption of alcohol on Saturday 3/2 and Sunday 3/3 is prohibited and punishable by fine and/or jail time! And nobody wants to end this beautiful trip in Salvadorian jail 😂
